I've spent my whole career in IT, which helped me start my own computer business that I ran for over a decade. Oh, and I'm also a trained HGV driver!

In 2009, I took a leap and moved to Brussels, Belgium, where I lived for seven years. That time was great for me—I got to focus on raising my three boys (who are all grown up now) without the long hours of work getting in the way.

We came back to the UK in 2016, and I jumped into a role with the NHS, supporting the Community District Nurses. That experience eventually led me to my current position with the Primary Care Academy.

I live with my partner, Melanie, and together we have seven kids (or "kidults," as we like to call them), so our house is always buzzing! If we have any spare time (which isn't much!), we're usually running around for the kids or out walking our fur baby, Buddy the Schnoodle.
