I much prefer coming to the Phoenix Centre for less complex treatment than going to my GPs. It is calm, quiet and the GPs are all brilliant, particularly CLINICIAN NAME. Plus, you tend to get seen quicker, and it's just easier to access, with better appointment times for those who work.

Excellent service I don't think Rochdale could do without now. Dr's surgery appointments are so difficult to get but I've managed to get some at Whitehall St instead via GP surgery and they have been quick and a fantastic friendly service. The staff are wonderful. Please make sure this extended service continues, it is so needed.

CLINICIAN NAME took my bloods for my isotret course, I have had my bloods taken from her once before for a different reason a long while ago and even then she was very friendly, lovely and chatty. You can tell she is very experienced and skilled as CLINICIAN NAME is probably the only person I have ever gotten bloods done from who is able to extract the blood painlessly and without leaving a bruise!
