Convenient times out of working hours

I travelled to the hospital with the patient ambulance service and the are lovely people doing a wonderful job.

I much prefer coming to the Phoenix Centre for less complex treatment than going to my GPs. It is calm, quiet and the GPs are all brilliant, particularly CLINICIAN NAME. Plus, you tend to get seen quicker, and it's just easier to access, with better appointment times for those who work.

CLINICIAN NAME took my bloods for my isotret course, I have had my bloods taken from her once before for a different reason a long while ago and even then she was very friendly, lovely and chatty. You can tell she is very experienced and skilled as CLINICIAN NAME is probably the only person I have ever gotten bloods done from who is able to extract the blood painlessly and without leaving a bruise!

Because it’s a good alternative service. Bit frustrating that I couldn’t access GP this morning, but this isn’t your fault
