I have worked in the NHS Healthcare setting for over 15 years on and off, starting with the HMR CCG as a temporary administrator and then was invited to support the ‘LEO’ for the Rochdale North PCN.

From there I went to GP Care Services where I was the Service Manager for the Domiciliary Phlebotomy Service for 4 years where I also trained as a Phlebotomist.

Following this I started with Rochdale Health Alliance in 2019 as an administrator. Once COVID hit I was asked to co-manage the COVID call centre where we had a team of approx. 30 call handlers.

When COVID eventually subsided, I was asked to be the Team Leader for the Enhanced Primary Care Hubs which I love doing. I am still heavily involved with the hubs and I am also part of the administration team for the organisation again.

I thoroughly love my roles and liaising with external agencies etc as no two days are the same
