Phillip Prime

Phillip Prime has more than 25 years of working in the NHS and Health environment in Primary Care.

Before joining Rochdale Health Alliance in 2018, Phillip had worked for CCGs, PCTs and NHSE covering Primary Care Finance and the Quality and Outcome Frame work.

Philip’s current role involves the oversight and coordination between Finance and the business areas to ensure robust financial management.
