Ruth Parton

Ruth joined the team in April 2023 as the GM pre-employment lead for the Primary Care Academy, leading on the pre-employment programme.

The aim of the programme is to develop routs into employment of 140 candidates who may not have the pre-requisite qualifications or experience to apply for vacancies in Primary Care.

The programme will work with local organisations to deliver work readiness programmes, functional skills and work experience opportunities with the hope that this will lead to future employment opportunities for participants.

Immediately prior to joining the Primary Care Academy Ruth worked as an HR Business Partner and Employment Relations Team Manager within Secondary Care.
