Ruth Parton

Ruth joined RHA in April 2023, working on specific pre-employment and recruitment projects across GM before taking up the role of HR Manager from June 2025.

Immediately prior to joining RHA, Ruth worked as an HR Business Partner and Employment Relations Team Manager within Secondary Care.

Ruth has worked within the HR field all her career in both public and private sector organisation and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a qualified Mediator and development Coach.
