Kavanna Helliwell

Kavanna has stood out this year because she has been taking on more and more responsibility at the practice and is clearly growing and thriving in her job. She is gaining confidence and is always trying to learn and find better ways to do things. And all of this at the same time as being a kind and friendly person who is always checking in on others and making sure they are ok. It is such a pleasure to work with Kavanna.

Always ready to help everyone and goes above and beyond her role. Never in a bad mood and nothing too much trouble.

Always provides help that goes above and beyond. We would ALL be lost without her here at LGP. She is a great supporter, handles everything that she is tasked with.

"Kavanna is an aspiring Practice Manager.  Since COVID she has taken on a challenging role running the reception area, a shy person it has been great to see her come out of her shell.  She has had some fantastic ideas in the Practice and is a very calming nature in the Practice.   Practice Management can be very daunting but with all the challenges thrown at her she has certainly shown she had what it takes. 

Kavanna should win this shining star award because thats what she is."
