How will I get paid my Kickstart Scheme salary?
Your employer will pay your salary/wages directly into your bank account. The funding for the Kickstart Scheme covers your wages, National Insurance and Pension contributions.

What happens when the six-month placement finishes?
There are a few ways to progress your career after the six-month placement such as you can be offered a permanent role at your current place of work, you could move to an apprenticeship or we can support you with finding a new role within primary and social care.

What if I don’t like my placement?
We will work with you and the employer to work through any issues. If this fails, and we understand not all placements will be successful, we will try to find an alternative placement for you.
