Immediately prior to joining RHA, Ruth worked as an HR Business Partner and Employment Relations Team Manager within Secondary Care. Ruth has worked within the HR field all her career in both public and private sector organisation and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a qualified Mediator and development Coach.

He is also LMC Vice Chair and Treasurer and works for the GMC/NHSE. Dr Mohammed was previously the Medical Director of the GP Out of Hours Service (BARDOC) and a GP Lead for Pennine Care Married with three children and an avid Liverpool FC fan, Dr Mohammed wants to ensure our residents receive the best possible healthcare and outcomes.

He is a GP at Littleborough Group Practice and the IT Clinical Lead for Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group. He is a GP trainer, and is passionate about teaching, training and also promoting General Practice. Dr Mallya’s hobbies include playing Badminton and running.
