- Alex R W
Primary Care Network Team < Back Alex R W Primary Care Network Team Business Support Officer I have worked for RHA since March 21, previously working for residential care homes within HMR. Prior to my current position, I provided administrative support to RHA during the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme and assisted with the implementation of the Enhanced Primary Care Hub at Whitehall Street Clinic. In March 2022, I was offered the role of Business Support Officer for Pennines Primary Care Network. Currently, I provide vigorous support for the Clinical Director and PCN Lead to help flourish the business infrastructure of our Primary Care Network. The PCN has a thriving team of ARRS staff, for which I provide operational assistance and I'm a first point of contact between staff from both Pennines PCN and Rochdale Health Alliance. Another aspect of my role is developing robust operating systems, maintaining the continuity of clear and frequent communications between Management and the wider PCN workforce, and fulfilling the requirements of the Network Contract Direct Enhanced Service. This year, I am starting my journey to achieve Operations and Departmental Manager Lvl 5, with the aim to expand my role further and provide additional support within RHA and the PCN. Since starting with RHA, I have only ever been supported and encouraged to develop; it is an incredible organisation to work for. Pennines PCN is an exceptional and high achieving Network which I am proud to be part of.
