Hart is a Primary Care Health Service provided by Rochdale Health Alliance for the homeless and transients within our borough. The team consists of two Registered Nurses and a Liaison Officer. This service is for the homeless, vulnerable, and transient communities of Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton. Homeless Alliance Response Team HART is a Primary Care Health Service provided by Rochdale Health Alliance for the homeless and transients within our borough.
