Our reception team are excellent at signposting and all really pride themselves in giving an excellent service to all our patients even in the difficult, demanding environment they work in. I am very proud of our team and how far they have all come, some have trained in other aspects of general practice i.e phlebotomy, secretarial, care co-ordinator. The senior receptionist and team leader are currently working towards completing NVQ's level 2 and 3 in team leadership to enhance their knowledge and skills in management. They always work well together and support each other when navigating through the ever changing path of general practice.

Cory is a hard working and reliable member of the team who is always willing to help others in reception. Cory's work load can at times be intense but she never complains whilst working hard to achieve the Practice goals. She is always cheerful and polite to patients patients and has often gone out of her way to help them when needed.
