Fiona joined the practice under 8 months ago and has already shown the key skills and attributes it takes to be part of the team. Fiona's determination and knowledge for the role is constantly growing and I am so proud for how far she has come from having no clinical background. Fiona constantly pushing herself to learn more as she has recently been trained onto referrals and accepts all kinds of feedback. Pateints have had nothing but kind words to say about Fiona and as her line manager I couldn't be prouder. Well done Fiona

She is conscientious about her work with a need to ensure she is giving 100% for the patient whilst ensuring other staff and clinicians are supported and helped. She is so happy, bubbly and polite to everyone

Cory leads reception well and in an organised and pleasant manor. She has also done amazing work keeping us all on track with QOF, CORE plus etc. A true gem

Always goes above and beyond for patients and does multiple excells in all roles she does

Karen has been working for a long time , it can be stressful but she knows how to keep the whole team happy.

Always stays calm in every situation. Has the ability to listen and has a lovely calming tone when speaking to anyone.

Hannah is an excellent and valued member of the reception team at Littleborough Group Practice. She is very professional with patients and goes out of her way to try and find solutions for patients to help them. She is very approachable and also never hesitates to ask questions and is eager to learn.

Works extremely hard excellent team player and generally makes it easier to go in work knowing she is there
