I am thrilled to nominate Iram Kazmi for the Non-Clinical Excellence Award. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Iram's contributions extend far beyond the clinical aspects of our practice. Her leadership as our Practice Manager is nothing short of exceptional. Iram possesses a remarkable ability to streamline operations, ensuring efficiency and a positive work environment. Her expertise in financial management and budgeting keeps our practice fiscally sound, allowing us to focus on patient care. But Iram's impact goes deeper. She fosters a culture of collaboration and respect, where every team member feels valued and empowered. Her calm demeanor and problem-solving skills are invaluable assets, consistently defusing stressful situations and finding creative solutions. Iram's dedication to patient satisfaction is evident in her unwavering commitment to a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. She is a true asset to our practice, and her non-clinical excellence deserves recognition.
Darren Preston

Darren is the Middleton PCN Pediatric SPLW he has been in post just over 1 year now and in that year he has broken barriers down within the Teenage Mental health he goes above and beyond for every child he comes into contact with he is now based at a local high school weekly and a local college weekly were he runs a clinic for the students everyone who meets Darren will remember him he knows what the children of the community need and i think he should be recognised for this and the work he continues to do daily
Gaynor Walton

Gaynor is excellent at her secretarial role but she also goes above and beyond in her other roles within the practice to improve patient care and safety. She is focused, very organised, determined, and you know you can always rely on her to get the job done. She provides valuable support for the clinical team and we would be lost without her.
Julie Hargreaves
Non-Clinical Excellence
Julie is an administrator at the practice. She oversees the safety alerts for the practice along with prescription safety and fire safety for the building. She organises the GSF and is instrumental in implementing processes for National vaccination programmes such as Covid and Flu. She creates SOPs for all areas of her work to enable someone else to take over at any time. Her role is very varied and she just accepts whatever task is given to her with a smile and is meticulous within her work. She also makes a fine cup of tea !!!
