Alex is the business support officer for the Pennines PCN. She has worked really hard with the PCN ensuring she keeps us on target. She is extremely methodical and some would say OCD!
She has done a fantastic job with the COVID Vaccines for the most vulnerable patients on the patch. She puts up with six Practice Managers and a clinical director which in itself deserves and award!
She will always go over and PCN is achieving its maximum potential. Recently she has taken on more leadership roles like appraisals and has done a great job. Alex should be very proud of what she has achieved over the past 12 months and deserves this award

Alex joined the practice here at The Hive towards the end of 2023 with only district nursing experience. Alex since joining us has worked endlessly even on her days off to complete training and do all she can to help with the workload. She has fit in to the team as if she has already been here for years and she is always willing to try and learn new things. Thank you for your hard work and determination.
