Gabbie Griffin
Amazing Addition
No matter what she always puts a smile on her face and exceeds her roles, the workplace would not be the same without her
Jo Tyreman
Amazing Addition
Jo joined our practice towards the end of last year, she has fit in so well and is very much a part of the team. She brings such a positivity and regularly compliments and lifts the team. She has nicknames for most of the team, a breath of fresh air.
Letitia Hurst
Amazing Addition
Letitia has been with us a short amount of time however in her time with Trinity Medical she has achieved many growths within her role.
Jo Tyreman
Amazing Addition
Jo is our most recent recruit. She has fitted in from day one. Despite her having previous experience, she has had to adapt the way in which she works as each surgery is very very different in the way in which it operates. She is a ray of sunshine and never fails to start her shift with a huge smile for everyone. Problems... what problems.... If Jo needs to inform you of a problem, Jo will usually have also thought of ideas for a solution. Jo is a very welcome addition to the team
Joanne Jones
Amazing Addition
Joanne Jones has only been with the Access Team a few weeks and has progressed so much. She is a brilliant addition to our team and has settled in so well :).
Lily Young
Amazing Addition
Lily started on a temporary contract replacing a care-coordinator. It was very apparent that there is nothing this girl cant do!
She is a pleasure to work with!
Needless to say she was given a permanent contract and we hope she stays with the Practice for many years.
Jo Tyreman
Amazing Addition
ah lovely Jo, new to our team last year. Has had a positive smiling input to our lovely reception team, She's always a bit glam and generally makes it a nicer place to work when she's here :)
Jointly - Briana Martin and Sophie Haynes (Care Co-ordinator)
Amazing Addition
Briana and Sophie job share the Care Co-ordinator role at Peterloo Medical Centre, and only started in this role end of February 2024, replacing a departing staff member.
Both of them have absolutely revolutionised the role in their respective areas of work with more efficient processes being implemented by them both and also picking up and correcting some screening areas that had been coded incorrectly in the prior 12 months that affected our Practice targets. Both Briana and Sophie were receptionists at the practice, but all of the duties within their roles were completely brand new to them. Both have absolutely thrived in their new roles, bearing in mind that their new roles require chairing of meetings, writing of minutes, dealing with outside agencies relating to sensitive areas such as Safeguarding and End of Life Care. As their manager, it has been an absolute joy to watch both these staff members transform from fairly quiet staff members to very confident staff taking up lead roles within the practice. They have developed an amazing relationship with the Patient Participation Group also, arranging clinical and outside speakers such as Health Watch Rochdale to attend the meeting. Feedback from PPG members has been excellent for both. They should both be very proud of what they have achieved in such a short space of time.
Lucas Bell
